Today’s project is an Envelope Punch Board Handbag I demonstrated during my Weekly Wednesday Facebook Live last night!
Former demonstrator Elaine Jackson (Papercraft Button) came up with the design for this handbag, but her tutorial has been taken down, so I thought I’d create my own tutorial!
The bag is 4-5/8″ tall with a 3-3/8″ square bottom and holds quite a bit! This would be a wonderful gift for someone! Here’s my video tutorial:
HERE is my tutorial for the mini version of this handbag.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day!
Measurements:
- Christmas Around the World DSP – 12″ x 12″
- Starting score line on Envelope Punch Board at 2-3/4″
- Basic Black handles – 10″ x 1/2″, scored on both ends at 3/4″

Wonderful project! Your instruction is easy to follow. It was a dream project to make I’ve never folded a box , let alone a purse before and it turned out perfectly! Many thanks for your video!
Super cute purse. Awesome video!
Really cute and great instructions!!
You are simply amazing as you keep cranking out one creative project after another! This is fabulous! Thanks for sharing.
This was such a cute idea and your video was amazing. I’m going to try to find the video for the smaller one. One question, which one do you think would be the easiest for a beginner? The big one or the small one? Thank you for sharing your wonderful creativity.
I love it so much! Your call was super-fun last night!
Great project and great video Julie
Love the option of two sizes. Thanks. If I was to use the nutcracker side of the paper, the men would be in a diagonal orientation … right?
This is as wonderful as the mini bag version; but is so roomy! 🙂 TFS! 🙂
Ooooh BEAUITFUL bag , casing for me , Tfs
Hugs Frenchie, and your so easy to follow, thank you for that ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
