This card is for my dear Aunt Jinny who hasn’t been feeling well lately. She’s currently at the rehab center recovering, but is anxious to get back to her apartment – until then, I hope this brings her a little sunshine!
The idea for this layout came from my upline, Christina Dungca-Lico 🙂 – thanks, Tina! We created a card just like this with different DSP, colors, and sentiment at her Stamp Club this past Saturday. I just love the circle punches as the background for the adorable butterfly from the Beautiful Wings embosslits die.
As you can tell, I’ve had a full week of blog posts – I had 5 cards to make, with more coming. When I have that many cards to make at once, I often have a hard time coming up with my own layouts. So, I looked to others for inspiration – imitation is the best form of flattery!
