Happy Birthday LeAnne!

Today’s post is a surprise mini blog hop for LeAnne Pugliese’s birthday of the ColourQ Design Team!  For my inspiration for this card, I decided to try this week’s ColourQ Challenge.

I got my inspiration for the toppling bird cages from Jenn Nahrstadt.  Isn’t this idea great for this stamp set?

Stop by and visit the blogs below as we celebrate LeAnne’s birthday.  Happy Birthday, LeAnne!

  1. I just adore this card Julie, for the way you stacked the bird cages to the way you layered the edges. Beautiful, thanks for the inspiration. I will definitely be casing this card, and will give you full credit.

  2. Julie, this is as sweet as can be, and a great way to use these colors—-I have my eye on that birdcage set, I keep seeing fun things with it! SO glad you were able to make me a card with it–and I love the sentiment so much, I ordered two sets (oops!). Thanks for helping make my birthday extra-special this year!

  3. Great bird cages and the scalloped borders are fab! =) I'm so impressed with the color combos and hope to figure mine out soon for the challenge!
