Today’s card is a CASE from the super-talented Mary Fish! Check out her original card here. The design is exactly the same with the exception of the sentiment. I needed a get well / thinking of you card for my friend, Gary, who survived a fall from Mt. McKinley (Denali Pass). He’s one of two survivors – the other two on his climbing team did not survive. I am so grateful he’s alive and my heart goes out to the families and friends of those who didn’t survive.
I hope all of you are enjoying the holiday weekend! Mine started off with wearing a cardiac Holter monitor for the first 24 hours :). As some of you know, I was born with an Atrial Septal Defect that I had repaired in 1996. Recently I’ve been experiencing some irregular heart beats, so we’ll see what the results are from the monitor – I’ll keep you all posted! I’ve also been busy, busy creating 100 cards for Convention for general swapping. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and Happy 4th! Back to my 100 cards…
