Today’s card is a sweet birthday card that I made awhile ago using the Create a Cupcake stamp set and the coordinating Build a Cupcake punch!
The flower on the cupcake was created with 6 punch-outs from the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack. I sponged the edges of each punch-out with Soft Suede and used the non-sharp end of my paper piercer to bend the edges up of each punch-out to give the flower some dimension. Through the center of the flower is a silver brad.
I love the music notes wheel and I think it’s perfect for a birthday card! It’s like I’m singing to the recipient 🙂 – although I am positive those notes, when played, aren’t the happy birthday song – hee hee!
