Today’s card uses some more new items from the Occasions Mini Catalog. I am SO EXCITED that Stampin’ Up! is offering Framelits dies! I used the new Labels Collection Framelits dies to cut out my stamped image and added a larger layered piece behind it. So far, they are offering the Labels and Hearts collections, but I bet there will be many more offered!
The Apothecary Art stamp set is just beautiful. I chose to color in the flowers and leaves of my image using reinkers and a Blender Pen. I adhered Basic Pearl Jewels to each of the flower centers. My color scheme comes from the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper. DSP is such a lifesaver when you’re in a stamping rut, because it’s helps you get kick-started with a great color scheme you probably wouldn’t have come up with on your own :).
