Today’s project is a treat box perfectly sized to fit two (2) Merci chocolates!
I followed this tutorial from Janina’s Paper Potpourri and converted her measurements to inches as well as changed up the box closure as well. This is such a cute and compact treat box, which would be wonderful to carry a few around in your purse (assuming the chocolate wouldn’t melt) to brighten someone’s day!
I’m so excited we can easily purchase these Merci chocolates in the US now! Who knows, they’ve probably been available for some time now, but I just noticed them – LOL.
Here’s how the Merci chocolates fit in this fun box:
You can actually cut 3 of these boxes from one piece of 8-1/2″ x 11″ cardstock. Here’s the cutting layout:
