Meant To Be with Artisan Textures

Today’s project is a quick & easy Valentine featuring the Meant To Be bundle with the Artisan Textures stamp set!

Before I cut out the hearts, I backed the piece of Whisper White with Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet to make it super easy to adhere them onto the front of the notecard. I colored a Heart Epoxy Droplet with a Dark Lovely Lipstick Stampin’ Blend and it fit perfectly inside the hearts die cut. A single rhinestone for some bling and it’s done!
