Today’s project is a Double Diamond Fold featuring the Frosted Gingerbread stamp set and Gingerbread & Peppermint Designer Series Paper!

How fun is that?! Here’s a view from the top:

This card would be perfect for a place card or table setting and definitely a card the recipient would put on display to bring a smile to their day! Here’s another view:

I know this fun fold has been shared countless times by others before, but I’ve put my own Pixie twist on it to make it easy to create as well as fit nicely in an A2 envelope (Medium Envelope) without too much bulk.

Without further ado, here’s my video tutorial:
Here’s the template for reference:

I so enjoyed this demonstration! I made three ! I did add extra postage as they were mailed to friends, and naturally I forgot to take photos
Is there a way to print the template out?
You can right-click on it to open the template image in a new window and print from there or you can print the blog post using the print button at the bottom of the post. It will allow you to remove any sections you’d like before printing.
From one demonstrator to another – GREAT Tutorial. Short, sweet and to the point. Excellent job!
Thank you, Shirley!
Love this card. So unique. Perfect for a stamp set (Cruisin’ Christmas) I’ve had for years and just didn’t know what to do with it. Thanks for the great video.
I made the double diamond fold and really like it. However, it is so small. Can you tell me what I need to do to make it bigger?
Thanks,
Donna
Hi Donna! I purposefully created it this size to fit inside our medium envelopes . It’s quite a complicated card to resize and get the angles just right. I recommend searching Pinterest for a larger size!
Love your card. Great video and template.
I have found this impossible to complete. You don’t say or show how to turn outside 4 squares into a diamond shape. Please add some steps. Some of us don’t find this easy.
Hi Nancy! Have you watched my video tutorial?
