3 RAK Projects to Delight

In this post, I’m sharing 3 RAK projects to delight! RAK projects, meaning “Random Act of Kindness”, are my favorite to create, because they are quick, easy, and brighten someone’s day just because! I’m sharing a Mini Sticky Note Holder, a Mini Stroopwafel/Gift Card Pocket, and an Explosion Treat Holder!

This is going to be a meaty post, because I have 3 separate projects to share with you! These are the swaps I created for OnStage, a demonstrator event, that I attended in November! You can easily navigate to each project using the links below:

Mini Sticky Notes Holder

This is a quick and easy Mini Sticky Notes holder that is perfect for craft fairs and a great project for making multiples! The mini sticky notes I used measure 1-1/2″ x 2″, which is a super cute size for throwing in your handbag! They also make great page markers for the catalog!

Here’s another view:

And here’s how the mini sticky notes holder opens:

I used a Velcro Thin Clear Fastener for the closure. Here’s the template for reference (not to scale):

PROJECT MEASUREMENTS:

  • Cardstock – 2-1/8″ x 5-5/16″
    • Score on the long side at 1-7/8″ and 3-7/8″ from each side
  • Designer Series Paper:
    • 1-5/16″ x 2″ (2 pcs – landscape)
    • 1-7/16″ x 2″ (1 pc – landscape)

Mini Stroopwafel / Gift Card Pocket

This pocket is sized to fit a Mini Stroopwafel, but it will also perfectly fit a gift card – woo hoo! I know you love the gift card projects!! Here’s how the mini stroopwafel fits inside:

A sweet little treat! This one also has a Velcro Thin Clear Fastener closure as well. Here’s what the back looks like:

And another view from the side:

    • Rotate clockwise and score at 1/2″ and 4″

Mamba Explosion Treat Holder

This cute explosion treat holder is sized to fit a 6-stick pack of Mamba Fruit Chews! Here’s how this explosion treat holder opens:

And here’s what it looks like completely open:

This uses a small amount of paper to wrap this treat in a unique way!

Here’s the template for reference (not to scale):

    • Score on one side at 1-1/4″ and 3-1/2″
