Pixie Patron is $4.99 per month (plus any tax YouTube is required to collect). YouTube bills you automatically each month, on the same day of the month you joined, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime. If you live outside the U.S., YouTube sets the price in your local currency.

Q: Is being a Pixie Patron the same as subscribing to your channel or joining your team?

These are three different things: Subscribing to my YouTube channel is free and lets you follow along with my videos. Pixie Patron is the paid monthly channel membership with the perks listed on this page. Joining my team means becoming a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, which is completely separate. The Monthly Live Stamp & Chat

Once a month, I go live just for my Pixie Patrons! I demonstrate two cards using two exclusive card templates, and we get to chat while we stamp.

When: Usually the 3rd Thursday of each month at 8:00pm ET (7:00pm CT, 5:00pm PT), with an occasional schedule change
Where: Right on my YouTube channel. You’ll see it once it’s scheduled.
Can’t make it live? The replay and the template download are posted on the Membership tab, so you can watch and print anytime

Before You Join

Pixie Patrons are the members of my YouTube channel! It’s a monthly membership, run through YouTube, for those who enjoy my videos and want to support all of the free content I share. As my thank you, you get a few extra perks, including a members-only Live Stamp & Chat and two exclusive card templates every month.

Pixie Patron is $4.99 per month (plus any tax YouTube is required to collect). YouTube bills you automatically each month, on the same day of the month you joined, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime. If you live outside the U.S., YouTube sets the price in your local currency.

If you join through the YouTube app on an Apple device, the price is $6.99 per month instead of $4.99, and I don’t want you to pay that!

Make sure you’re signed in to your YouTube (Google) account first. If you don’t see a Join button in the YouTube app, your browser is the way to go.

Nope! It’s an easy mix-up because of the name, but Pixie Patron is a YouTube channel membership, not Patreon. Everything happens right on YouTube.

Not at all! My weekly LIVE! show on Wednesdays at 8:00pm ET is free for everyone. I host two livestreams: my weekly public one and my monthly members-only Live Stamp & Chat for Pixie Patrons.

Cards! My weekly show is where you’ll find my 3D paper projects. The Pixie Patron membership is all about card making, with two card templates and lots of layout ideas every month.

Yes! When you join, you get access to all of the previous members-only livestreams and all of the past card templates for as long as you’re a member.

Once you’ve joined, you can catch up on every past video in the Pixie Patron video playlist.

You’ll need to be signed in to your YouTube account for it to recognize you as a member. Look for the post with the photo of the two cards from each Live Stamp & Chat, and you’ll find the link to download the template right there. That Membership link is also in the description of every Pixie Patron video.

Most of the time, this means you’re signed out of YouTube or signed in to a different Google account than the one you used to join (lots of us have more than one!). Sign in to the account you joined with and try again.

You can also check the status of your membership here: youtube.com/paid_memberships. If it’s no longer active, your payment may not have gone through.

The Membership tab can look different on Apple devices, especially in the YouTube app. First, make sure you’re signed in to your account. If you still can’t find it, try your web browser instead of the app, or hop on a computer.

It’s usually the 3rd Thursday of each month at 8:00pm ET (7:00pm CT, 5:00pm PT). Every now and then I need to move it for a schedule conflict. Once it’s scheduled, you’ll see it on my YouTube channel.

Can’t make it live? No worries! The replay is posted on the Membership tab so you can watch anytime.

I don’t email the members-only links. Everything is posted on YouTube, and any notifications you get come from YouTube based on the settings on your account and your device. To turn them on, click the bell on my channel and choose “All.”

Even if you miss a notification, you can always find everything on the Membership tab.

My website is separate from the Pixie Patron membership, so joining on YouTube doesn’t create an account here. All of your members-only content is on YouTube, not on my website.

The PDF card templates are created exclusively for Pixie Patrons, so I ask that you don’t share or reproduce the PDFs themselves.

You’re absolutely welcome to make and share cards inspired by the templates! If you share one, a mention that the layout was inspired by The Paper Pixie is always appreciated.

Billing & Your Account

Payments are handled by YouTube and Google, so I’m not able to see or change your payment information. You can update it here: pay.google.com/gp/w/home/paymentmethods

Once that’s updated, double-check that your membership looks good here: youtube.com/paid_memberships

Update your payment method using the link above, then renew your membership here: youtube.com/paid_memberships. Once you’re active again, you’ll be able to access anything you missed.

One tip: update the card on the same account you originally joined with. Joining again from a different account can leave you paying for two memberships.

I’m not able to cancel for you (that’s a YouTube policy), but it’s easy to do yourself. Sign in to YouTube and manage or cancel your membership here: youtube.com/paid_memberships

Your membership renews each month on the same day of the month you joined. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and you’ll keep your perks until that next renewal date. For example, if you joined on the 12th and cancel on the 20th, you’ll still have access until the 12th of the following month. YouTube doesn’t refund the time that’s left.

Since everything is handled by YouTube, I don’t have any behind-the-scenes access to your account. All I can see is your channel name and whether you’re a current member.

You can manage your Google account here: myaccount.google.com. If you’re stuck, YouTube support is your best bet.
