Today I’m sharing with you my holiday gift for my neighbors! I wanted to make a quick and easy project since I was pretty pregnant this past Christmas :). So, I ordered little votive candles that I “stamped” on and put 4 together to make a little gift set. “Stamping” on candles is one of those ‘wow’ projects for me. You don’t actually stamp onto the candle. Instead you stamp on white tissue paper and then heat set it into the candle and it looks just like you stamped directly onto the candle! I’ll create a video of this technique for you soon – it’s way cool.
I created a box just big enough to fit around 4 votives and also created a divider. Then I cut out a window using a framelit and adhered a window sheet so you could see the votives. These were a fun little gift to hand out to our neighbors. It would be great for a teacher gift too!
Thanks for stopping by today! Let me know if you have any questions!
