Here’s my holiday gift for my neighbors this year! This is one of my favorite stamping techniques – stamping on candles! It’s a flameless candle, so they’ll have it for years to come. I started a tradition of giving a handmade holiday gift to each of our neighbors on our street since we moved here – you can check out my other gifts here: 2010, 2011, 2012. This is my favorite time of year, especially the gift-giving part.
Isn’t the Snowflake Soiree stamp set beautiful? I love the snowflake designs as well as the “Believe” and “Merry” sayings that come with it. In fact, I used this set for my Christmas card last year :). I adhered the rhinestones using E-6000 glue (after removing the adhesive they come with), so that they would stay put. I made an extra one to keep for myself!
