Little Card, Big Impact: Layering Love Mini Card

Today’s project is a mini 3″x3″ card showcasing the Layering Love and Oh So Eclectic stamp sets!

I just adore this sentiment! It’s a perfect card to give to someone who did something small that made a big impact! Shouldn’t we celebrate those moments? This is one of the many reasons why I love paper crafting – so I can mark the moment with a handmade note.

My inspiration for this card came from the front cover of a Stampin’ Up! catalog. I used the watercolor flower image to stamp a trio of colors (after stamping off to soften them). Then I splattered some ink by flicking the tip of the Pool Party Stampin’ Write Marker with the marker cap over my project – so fun! Add a beautiful sentiment, stick a sequin on there and you’re done! I’m going to keep a stash of these in my car (smile).

Measurements:
  • Card base – 6″ x 3″ scored at 3″ (or folded in half)
  • Calypso Coral layer – 2-7/8″ x 2-7/8″
  • Whisper White layer – 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″
