Origami Triangle Ornament with Video Tutorial

Today’s project is another project I demonstrated at our World Card Making Day event in Atlanta last Saturday. It’s an Origami Ornament also known as an Origami Fox Box!

This ornament is created with 3 square pieces of Designer Series Paper that measure 4″ x 4″, but you can make this ornament/gift box in any size you like, as long as you start with 3 square pieces of paper.

I made 25 of these last year to hang on our mini Christmas tree as my kiddo’s Advent calendar and filled each one with different small toys from Party City. They LOVED it! They’re so easy to make!

Here’s my video tutorial:

I hope you’ll try making some of these!

I’m collecting handmade cards to send to Tina Frost – one of the Las Vegas mass shooting victims – who works at the same company as I do. Would you be willing to send me a card for her? I’d love to send Tina and her family some handmade love to let them know they are in our thoughts & prayers. If you’d like to participate, please send a card to:
