Happy Thanksgiving to those of you celebrating! I can’t wait to dig into the pumpkin pie – yum! Today’s project is from my Weekly Wednesday Facebook Live from last night – a Christmas version of the Ghirardelli Square Treat Holder I shared a couple of weeks ago.
I filmed a video of my OnStage version, but was having technical difficulties, so I decided to share a Christmas version of it during this week’s Facebook Live. This project was inspired by fellow demonstrator Ute Pucher and I just fell in love with it!
It’s hard to tell from the picture, but the flower is inset – I cut out the flower outline from the Quilt Builder Framelits and then layered a piece of Real Red cardstock behind the cutout. Then, the Silver Foil flower is adhered inside the cutout for a beautiful effect. I used the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets to turn the Silver Foil flower into a sticker – easy peasy!
