Do you know where those little gold hearts came from? The Cookie Cutter Builder Punch! I punched a trio of them out of Gold Foil paper and then I used my new favorite tool I found on Amazon, called a Jewel Picker, to pick up the tiny hearts, apply glue, and then place them exactly where I wanted them. This tool is great for picking up sequins, rhinestones, etc.
