Magic Sliding Treat Holder

I’m calling today’s project a Magic Sliding Treat Holder!

Here’s a different angle:

And here’s what it looks like open:

This project was inspired by fellow German demonstrator Cornelia Janssen – I converted her measurements and tweaked them to fit a Ghirardelli Square and make it my own!

This was the project I shared during my Weekly Wednesday Facebook Live this week! I’ve created the following shortened video tutorial to you:

I hope you’ll give this project a try! It’s much easier than it looks, I promise! Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a wonderful & blessed day!

  3. This is a great project. I’m going to try to adapt it to an Easter favor for the kids. I hope I’ll find a foil wrapped bunny or ?? in a size similar to the Ghiradelli so I can use your measurements. Thanks for much for these great interactive projects.

  4. Wonderful project Julie! You always explain things so well.
I am wondering if you have any suggestions on what to use to get the notches if you don’t have the watermelon punch.

  6. You are able to convert projects from metric to inches so well. I really appreciate that. I would love to see this sized to fit a gift card. I know you are extremely busy, but if you ever have time and would like to do another one of these, that would be a great idea. Thanks for all you do and share with us. You are amazing.
