Banner Triple Punch Treat Holder

Today’s project is a Banner Triple Punch Treat Holder, which I shared during last week’s Weekly Wednesday Live!

Here’s what the side looks like:

And here’s a different view:

I’ve made a few different versions using the Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper:

I’d like to give credit for this idea to Nadine Koller (stempelmami.de). I converted her measurements and then tweaked them to maximize the number of treat holders that can be made from 2 sheets of 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper – you can make 7 of them! Here’s how you need to cut your DSP:

Make a 2″ cut first to create a 2″ x 12″ piece. Then, you’re left with a 10″ x 12″ piece that you can cut 6 – 2″ x 10″ strips from. So, from 1 piece of DSP you get 7 pieces and if you use both pieces of the same pattern of DSP, you can make 7 total treat holders!

Here’s my video tutorial:

And here’s the template:

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Sorry for my blogging break last week. It was the first week of school around here and we officially have a Kindergartner!

I just didn’t have any steam left at the end of the day to create new projects last week, so thanks for your patience! I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day!

MEASUREMENTS:

  • Tranquil Textures DSP: 2″ x 10″ (2 pieces)
    • Score both pieces at 4″ and 6″
