Mini Hexagon Star Box with Video Tutorial

Today’s project is a Mini Hexagon Star Box sized to fit a Ferrero Rocher/Lindor Truffle!

Here’s view of the fun hexagon top:

Here’s a different angle:

What’s cool about this box is that it opens from the bottom so that I could close the top with the Clear Faceted Gem! Here’s how the bottom looks:

This would be such a fun party or table favor for the holidays with a little chocolate treat inside! Without further ado, here’s my video tutorial:

And here’s the template:

  1. Oh Julie, what a gorgeous and amazingly easy little box!!! Love the design and the fact that you can fit one of those delicious chocolates inside for a sweet and lovely gift.
Your explanations as you are working on your projects are so perfectly clear that it’s fun and easy to follow along.
Thank you for sharing and I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your sweet family.
    Sending love and hugs.

  2. I love this box and you explain all the steps so clearly.
Just one thing, in the description above, you missed the “2” from the scoring in the DSP. It should read 2 1/4″. I only point this out so that you can edit.
Thank you for your wonderful tutorials.
