Today’s project is a Merci Chocolate Gift Card Holder!
Here’s what the inside of the box looks like:
This box is sized to fit both a gift card and 3 Merci Chocolates! Who wouldn’t want a little chocolate with their gift card?!
I love the contrast of the Whisper White with the Wrapped in Plaid Designer Series Paper – so crisp and refreshing! This project is so easy to adapt for different occasions! Without further ado, here’s my video tutorial:

I know you’re going to ask, so HERE is the link to the Velcro dots I used on today’s project. Love these! They are a great, safe alternative to neodymium magnets, although those would also work well on this project!

- Score along the 8-3/4″ side at 2-1/2″, 2-7/8″, 6-3/8″, and 6-3/4″
- Wrapped in Plaid DSP:

I think the landscape piece is incorrect. I think it’s 2 1/8 x 2 7/8
Hi Carol! I just double-checked my measurements and they’re correct. This is the piece for the top flap. The section that the DSP is adhered to measures 2-1/4″ x 2″.
Disregard, measure twice cut once. My bad
This is great when I don’t want to give someone a whole big box of Merci chocolates! Or when I want to give a gift card AND chocolate! TFS!
