Today’s project is the Valentine I made for my hubby! But it would be great for an anniversary card too!

It’s a clean and simple card with a masculine feel! The die-cut “Amour” comes from the Parisian Dies in the Mini Catalog; the stitched heart comes from the Be Mine Stitched Dies; and the embossed gears come from the Garage Gears Dies!
While the Garage Gears Dies are intended to cut gears, I used my retired Big Shot embossing mat accessories to leave an embossed look on the heart – LOVE!
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a wonderful & blessed day!

Julie, masculine cards are hard to create, this one is just amazing and sweet and beautiful.
Thank you for the tip on how to use our dies to emboss, what a clever idea.
Hugs.
Maria.
What a great idea and project; I LOVE your card!! Thank you for explaining how you’d embossed the gears vs. cutting them; reminders are always helpful! Cheers! XO
I LOVE the gears on the heart. Such a great idea. You made a beautiful card.
Great idea! Awesome card.
Love your lean and simple designs. Embossing just a portion of the heart really makes it stand out. Thanks for this idea!
What a great design! Your husband must have loved it. Thanks for the reminder about turning cutting into embossing with our dies—it’s just perfect on this heart.❤️
