Welcome to InKing Royalty’s August Blog Hop! During this year’s blog hops, we are enjoying a year of celebrations. This month’s projects celebrate Autumn Weather, so prepare yourself for projects that are filled with warm tones and beautiful nods to the upcoming change in weather. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
My card features the Loyal Leaves stamp set! Fall is my favorite season, so I will purchase just about any leaf stamp set Stampin’ Up! offers!
I stamped leaves repeatedly along the left side of my Very Vanilla layer – almost in a braid-like pattern. There is so much great texture to the leaf stamps in Loyal Leaves, which makes it easy to create a quick & easy card without a lot of fuss. You know that’s right up my alley!
I heat embossed the sentiment in gold onto a piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock and die cut it using the Tasteful Labels Dies – a staple in my stash! I added a bow from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack and the finishing touch is a Gilded Gem!
Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop, Ann Murray at Murray Stamps Ink. There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group – and you don’t want to miss it!

You are going to make me get that leaf set… Love it!
It’s awesome that you and Pam used the same stamp set and have completely different beautiful cards. Your bow! I am so bow challenged and your bow is perfect.
Love your card. Elegant and simple.
Gorgeous as always. Love that overstamped leaf with this layout. And that bow is impossibly perfect!
I love how you stamped the leaves “almost like a braid” – very cool effect!!! And can we all just take a moment to admire the PERFECT bow? ❤️
So absolutely beautiful!!! I adore this in every way
Simply gorgeous! And you did this after fb live?! You’re an inspiration! I have lots of leaf seats, but hmmmm do I need this one? Maybe I do!
I really liked the way you stamped the leaves over each other. The gold sentiment is very striking.
My goodness, these leaves are gorgeous! I love how you’ve layered them here! ♥ I’ll be sure to pass along my mailing address if you don’t already have it.
Great job Julie, so beautifully done. I love the heat embossing.
This is soooo beautiful, Julie! I love the simple elegance!
This is gorgeous – thank you for sharing your talents.
LOVE the stamped leave skeletons on the side. Beautiful card.
Beautiful! The leaves are great with the texture. And the added embossing is perfect.
Julie – this card is lovely. The veining in the leaves is beautiful in green, and as a Green Bay Packer fan, I love your green and gold embossed sentiment! The ribbon and bow? Like a wrapped gift! Beautiful card, as always. Thanks for sharing,
