Today’s project is a St. Patrick’s Day card featuring a sentiment from the Oval Occasions stamp set!

I masked the sentiment with Post-It Tape so I didn’t ink up the flowers on this sentiment stamp. This was one of 3 projects I shared during last night’s livestream! I had so much fun coming up with last-minute St. Patrick’s Day projects!
How cute is the “leprechaun belt” I added to the card?!? It’s SO easy to make! I just used the two smallest square dies from the Stitched Shapes Dies, nested them together and die-cut a piece of Gold Foil to create the buckle. I layered the buckle over a 1/14″ strip of Basic Black to create the illusion of a belt with a buckle!
The “shamrock” comes from the Wreath Builder Dies, but you could create a shamrock with other things in your stash – Heart dies/punches, flower dies/punches, etc.!
Thank you so much for stopping by today! Be sure to check back tomorrow for a shadow box tutorial! Have a wonderful & blessed day!

I love this idea! Thanks for sharing. Now I have a perfect card to send to my parents for St. Patrick’s Day. I didn’t have any of the same products, but this is another very versatile creation of yours that I was able to use the idea with what I have on hand.
Adorable St. Patty’s idea, Julie!! Thanks for sharing! This will be filed away for next year.
Thank you, Karen! An easy card layout to adapt for different occasions – my favorite kind!
