Today’s project is a fun fancy fold card I’m calling a Hexagon Twist Pocket Card! Here’s what the card looks like from the front:

This is a template created by the Paper Pixie to go along with the video tutorial to assist you in making the Hexagon Twist Pocket Card.

PROJECT MEASUREMENTS:

  • Blushing Bride cardstock – 8-1/8″ x 8-1/4″
    • Score along the 8-1/8″ side at 1/2″, 2-7/8″, 5-1/4″, and 7-5/8″
    • Score along the 8-1/4″ side at 4-1/8″
    • Score diagonal lines as shown in the video tutorial (referenced on the template)
  • Misty Moonlight cardstock – 2-1/4″ x 4″ (3 pcs)
  • Basic White cardstock – 2″ x 3-3/4″ (3 pcs)
  • Hand-Penned DSP:
    • 2-1/4″ x 4″ (1 pc – landscape)
    • 2-1/4″ x 3-7/8″ (2 pcs – landscape) – cut diagonally from upper left corner to lower right corner

    I just watched the hexagon twist video. It was wonderful. Easy to follow with no extra fluff! I will be back for future videos. It gets a little tedious watching other demonstators complain about their hands, etc. You are definitely one of the best. I will be making your card in a few minutes. It was lovely.
