Today’s project is a mini explosion box featuring the Sweet Symmetry Suite!

I’d like to give credit to Brigitte Keiling for the inspiration for this mini explosion box! I fell in love with her version of it, so I converted her metric measurements to imperial measurements and had to make it! Such a cute little box! Here’s what the box looks like from the side:

And here’s what the box looks like open:

So fun and unique! It’s an adorable mini size! Here’s how it looks in my hand:

I absolutely love the Sweet Symmetry Suite and couldn’t wait to create this mini explosion box with it! Without further ado, here’s my video tutorial:

Just came across this video for Sweet Symmetry Mini Explosion box. Do you have dimensions to make it bigger?
Hi Susan! It’s just the rule of thirds if you’d like to make a bigger size!
These mini gift boxes are SO adorable, SO cute! Thanks for sharing Julie.
Too far to come and the Government won’t let me which is a shame as you deserve a big hug for this project!!
So delighted. Springing into action to make many and bless lots of people. BIG THANKYOU!!
Love Christine (UK)
Oh, Christine! Hug received! Thank you so much! You are a blessing!
Guess what! I am so excited I am a returning demonstrator under Mary Fish and I saw your incredible accomplishments. I have watched you for the longest time and have loved so many of your cute and easy boxes that have turned into treat boxes. Our daughter (who is quite young to be in this position) is an asst principal where she went for the 5th grade the year we moved into this neighborhood. She has her own papery consultant (Mom-me) who makes treat boxes and cards for every conceivable occasions. It fills my heart with so much joy to turn flat paper into darling paper shapes! Thank you for sharing your fun things, be rest assured this treat box and card will turn into one of the many situations that I am called upon to work my magic. It is so much fun to give and watch their eyes full of joy and excitement!
Keep going girl! I’m peddling as fast as I can! Trying to broaden my base and get some orders in, meanwhile I’m making Father’s Days cards as fast as I can. If I have to start out making cards, that’s OK, you never know what will come of this! Have a great weekend!
