Inspired Thoughts In Color

Today’s card features a sentiment from Inspired Thoughts paired with a Brilliant Wings butterfly showcased in my favorite In Color Fresh Freesia!

This is a butterfly card made with the Inspired Thoughts Stampin' Up! stamp set and Macrame Embossing Folder and the sentiment says Thank You So Much

The Macrame 3D embossing folder adds some great texture to the card along with a circle die cut from the In Color Shimmer Vellum! Here’s another look:

This card layout is beautiful in any color – I created it in all 5 In Colors for my In Color Club, but mailed the cards before taking a picture of the whole set, so you’ll just have to take my word for it 😉.

The sentiment from Inspired Thoughts really pops embossed in white on Basic Black – it’s one of my favorite ways to showcase a sentiment! I die-cut the sentiment using the Frightful Tags Dies. Take a closer look at Inspired Thoughts on page 52 of the Annual Catalog – it’s full of some amazing sentiments, not to mention a great font!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a wonderful & blessed day!

  1. The card is elegant and beautiful. I would have liked to have seen the inside of the card. I find I always struggle with how much or how little to do to the inside of cards. Thank you for sharing all your wonderful cards.

    • Hi Mimi! Thank you! I didn’t show the inside of the card because it is blank. It’s rare that I decorate the inside of my cards, but that’s the full-time working mom in me who has little time to craft! ♥

  2. Thanks for the great idea. I will case that one for sure. I have been asked to make 40 Thank You cards. Another great idea from the Paper Pixie.
