Today’s project is a Daffodil Afternoon Lipstick Holder featuring the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper and Happy & Heartfelt stamp set!
Thank you to French Demonstrator Ludivine Bertois for the inspiration for this project! I’ve “Pixiefied” it with imperial measurements and increased the width a bit to fit the lipstick I used when I created my sample! A roll of Breathsavers would fit too! Here’s a side profile to show how cute this lipstick holder is:
I just fell in love with this project! My team member Myrtle shared it with me and I couldn’t resist! Here’s how it opens:
The Designer Series Paper on the inside take this project up a notch, don’t you think? While I’ve opted to close this lipstick holder with a ribbon, you could certainly use Velcro or magnets! PROJECT MEASUREMENTS:
- Finished Dimensions – 3-1/4″H (approx) x 3-1/4″W x 1″D
- Flirty Flamingo cardstock:
- 3-1/4″ x 7-7/8″ – score along the long side at 1″ and 3-3/8″ from each side
- 5″ x 7-1/4″ – score at 1″ and 2″ on all sides
- ALTERNATIVE: 3″ x 5-1/4″ – score at 1″ on all sides
