Today’s project is a He’s the Man Gift Card Shadow Box!
Here’s what the inside looks like:
The shadow box is sized to fit a standard size gift card (2-1/8″ x 3-3/8″) with a little bit of wiggle room. The shadow box is 3/4″ deep so you can put something else in the box with the gift card!
I am really loving the products in the He’s the Man Suite! And I love the pattern of the Designer Series Paper for the shadow box lid. It’s making me crave some BBQ! Here’s another look at the shadow box:
While I’ve created many shadow boxes, this is the first one I designed for a gift card! Such a cool way to give a gift card, don’t you think? Without further ado, here’s my video tutorial:

PROJECT MEASUREMENTS:
- Finished Exterior Dimensions – 3″H x 4-1/4″W x 3/4″D
- Finished Interior Dimensions – 2-1/4″H x 3-1/2″W x 3/4″D
- Sahara Sand cardstock – 7-1/2″ x 8-3/4″
- Score on all sides at 3/8″, 1-1/8″, 1-1/2″, and 2-1/4″
- Score on both long sides down to 2nd score line at 2-5/8″ and 6-1/8″
- Score on both short sides down to 4th score line at 1-7/8″ and 5-5/8″
- He’s the Man Designer Series Paper – 4-5/16″ x 5-9/16″
- Score on all sides at 5/8″
