Sweetest Cherries Birthday Card

Today’s project is a Sweetest Cherries Birthday Card featuring the adorable Sweetest Cherries Bundle!

This is a Sweetest Cherries Birthday Card made with the Sweetest Cherries Stampin’ Up! bundle and the sentiment says Wishing You a Sweet Birthday

This bundle is so fun to work with! My color inspiration for this project comes from a bottle of Bath & Body Works Foaming Hand Soap in the Black Cherry Merlot fragrance. Keep an eye out for my next project post as I’ll be sharing the coordinating tag I created!

Both the cherries and the leaves are stamped-off once for lighter images. The cherries are in Rich Razzleberry and Blackberry Bliss (Merry Merlot would work too!) and the leaves are in Shaded Spruce (the veins are stamped full-strength).

I stamped “sweet” in Blackberry Bliss and “wishing you a” and “birthday” in Rich Razzleberry. The “birthday” sentiment comes from the “birthday wishes” stamp in the set, but I masked the word “wishes” to customize the saying on the card. Always a great techinque!

The Basic White layer is die-cut from the Scalloped Contours Dies, which are an absolute staple in my stash! This card was whipped up in a jiffy and I love the end result!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a wonderful & blessed day!
