Storybook Gift Card Box

Today’s project is a Storybook Gift Card Box! And, yes, it fits a gift card! This project features the Sentimental Wishes stamp set paired with the Sentimental Christmas Designer Series Paper. This is a great project idea for giving a gift card for any occasion!

I’ve shared a couple of storybook-style boxes before, but this one is sized to fit a gift card and some treats! This version has a magnetic closure, but you could also use a Velcro dot!

I love adding a sentiment inside a box – it’s such a fun surprise for the recipient! I paired the Sentimental Wishes stamp set with the Everyday Details Dies – which works perfectly with the sentiments!

I love the contrast of the Shaded Spruce and Poppy Parade together! And the Drusy Adhesive-Backed Embellishments are so stunning in person – photos don’t do them justice!

This storybook style box is such a fun way to package up a gift/treats!

Here’s the template for the box insert for reference (not to scale):

    1. For the last few years I have made dozens of gift boxes to hold gifts for friends and family at Christmas and your designs and tutorials are THE BEST resource to get that gigantic job done quickly and accurately! This little storybook/box is going to be a fun one to make this year. I think I will make several now in different colors and then add the DSP later. Thank you so much Julie! Your creativity keeps us all inspired!
