Today’s project is a “peekaboo” card featuring the Dragonfly Garden Bundle!

One of my favorite things about the “peekaboo” technique is that it showcases both sides of our beautiful Designer Series Paper! That pop of Bumblebee from this piece of Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper is such a cheerful element to this card!
3 years ago, I created a “peekaboo” card including a video tutorial and you can see my blog post HERE. Today’s version is slightly different with the added layer of Bumblebee cardstock, but the concept is the same! Essentially, you make a cut starting halfway along the LONG side of the card layer and you cut halfway into the SHORT side of the card layer. You can see my measurements for this version below.

The dragonfly is punched directly out of the Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper using the Dragonflies Punch – amazing and so easy! It’s just popped up on the front with Dimensionals and the finishing touch is a Rhinestone Basic Jewel.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! Be sure to stop by tomorrow for the InKing Royalty Blog Hop! Have a wonderful & blessed day!

PROJECT SUPPLY LIST:

I really liked making this card, thanks for sharing
Love, love, love this card. I want to make it but it seems like something was left out. What about the white piece that you stamp on. (On the front of the card.) there are no instructions for that.
I would love to hear back from you.
Hi Carol! I’ve updated the post! The Basic White layer measures 3-5/8″ x 4-7/8″ (the same measurement as the Dandy Garden DSP layer). Let me know if you have any other questions!
Julie what a beautiful card! Can’t wait to get the suite.
I love how this card just pops, Julie! What a delightful color combination. You do the neatest things with paper.
