Today’s project is a No Glue Mini Card Gift Box sized to fit a set of 3″ x 3″ cards and envelopes featuring the Santa Express Suite Collection!

This box is a larger version of THIS BOX that I designed a few years ago! I’m just so fascinated by this style of box and how it goes together! It’s a fun way to use your patterned papers and gift mini cards for the holidays! Here’s a closer look at this box:

This style of box lends itself well to a triangular sentiment piece! Here’s how the box looks open:

The set of mini cards inside this gift box are created with one of the patterns in the Santa Express Designer Series Paper which, when cut, creates perfect scenes for mini cards! You can create 8 mini cards from one full sheet of Designer Series Paper.

PROJECT MEASUREMENTS:
BOX
- Interior Dimensions – 3-1/4″H x 3-1/4″W x 3/4″D
- Designer Series Paper – 7-1/4″ x 12″
- Score along the short side at 3-1/4″ from each side
- Score along the long side at 1-1/8″ and 4-3/8″ from each side
- Score along the long side at 3/4″ down to 1st horizontal score line
- Rotate 180° and repeatScore/fold diagonal lines as shown in template above
- Poppy Parade – 3″ x 3″ (cut in half diagonally)
- Basic White – 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ (cut in half diagonally)
MINI CARDS
- Designer Series Paper – 3″ x 6″, scored and folded in half at 3″
- Poppy Parade – 1″ x 3″
- Basic White – 3/4″ x 3″
- Basic White (inside) 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″
